Removals & Relocation
The company we work with and recommend you are professionals in the field of international removals, packing, warehousing, customs clearance, insurance, door to door, the full service for your household items, vehicle, pets, or anything you wish to bring to Cyprus. The initial consultation and survey is free of charge. A comprehensive package of their services includes all relevant and necessary aspects regarding your removal and relocation and their fees are at a special reduced rates.

Legal
The solicitor working on your behalf guides you through each step of the way with your purchase, title deed searches, Council of Ministers Approval, registration, etc. The solicitor’s services are indispensable: saving you the hassle of doing it yourself, precluding complications, and serving your best interests. Solicitors’ fees are approximately Cy£500-£700 and includes all the services mentioned in the ‘Purchase Procedures’ section. Out of pocket expenses are extra and not included in the fee. Below is a list of services you receive:

-Title Deed searches: safeguards you and informs you on any legal encumbrances related to the property.
-Drawing up the Sale Contract/Agreement and/or assessing the Contract provided by the seller.
-Arranging payment of Stamp Duty and other purchase related fees on your behalf.
-Depositing the signed contract at the LRO on time.
-Handle the necessary Application to the Council of Ministers for approval, hence transfer of the property titles to your name(s), and sanction your Residency Permit.
-Ensures your funds are transferred accordingly to the seller towards the purchase costs.
-Provide information, assistance and solutions to any queries or obstacles encountered during the course of all the above formalities and procedures.

Financial
Prior to (or upon) reservation of a property you wish to acquire, if a housing loan is required for your purchase through a local bank, arrangements can be made while you are in Cyprus. An External Account and a Local Disbursement Account can also be opened with our assistance with any of the local banks.

Travel & Accommodation Arrangements
After a property inspection appointment with us is confirmed, for your property-viewing trip, we can arrange your air travel and accommodation bookings through a travel agent. Car hire can also be prearranged. The arrangements for travel, accommodation, car hire, etc, through us are free of charge. You accordingly settle the costs of the above directly with the travel agent, hotel, car-hire company, etc.

Duty Free Motor Vehicle Purchase

How it works: Before taking you around to various dealers/sellers, he does the searching, comparing, testing, checking, negotiating – and the occasional desk-banging – for you on the price, terms, guarantee, etc, and guides you through together with the seller in arranging the paperwork, registration, guarantee, etc, efficiently and promptly. Moreover, in case a defect is discovered on the car after purchasing it, and will be necessary to either have it repaired, returned or exchanged, he makes sure that your interests and rights are protected. Interior Design & Decoration

To commission the services of an interior designer, depending on what you intend to have designed and the size of the house, the costs can vary.

Furniture & Fittings
If you prefer to buy furniture and fittings in Cyprus, there are many ways we can assist you. Furniture shops, white goods stores, etc, are abundant.

Garden Landscaping
The garden of your newly built home can be landscaped with beautiful trees, colorful flowers, fishponds, pergolas, etc. The landscape designers that we recommend you to work with, after input from you as to how you prefer your garden to look, draws up several designs for you to select from. Gardeners then undertake constructing the final approved design. The costs of the design, construction, materials - trees, plants, grass, fish, etc - are borne by you.

Architectural
If you intend to custom build your house, you would definitely need an architect to design it for you, and see the plans through! (You may also perhaps need advice or reassurance regarding the structure, materials used, quality, and other facets that fall into the realm of architecture.) The architectural plans that are drawn have to be approved by several official departments beforehand prior to the commencement of construction. Once the drawings are approved, a Building Permit is granted, which allows you to begin construction. After the construction is finished, the building is inspected by the building authorities to ascertain that what was built matches the drawing. When the building corresponds with the drawing, a ‘certificate of Final Approval as build’ is granted. With this certificate, you may acquire your title deed. The architect deals with all these aspects.

Swimming Pool Construction
In the event that your purchased home does not come with a pool, if there is space, we can assist you in finding the right builder. The same applies to building a fireplace, fence, extensions, additions, renovations, etc.

Healthcare Information
Cyprus is abundant with doctors, surgeons and specialists. Hospitals and Clinics are well equipped and healthcare is generally affordable. The waiting lists for patients who want to receive treatment at private clinics or the General Hospital are extremely short. (The Accident & Emergency sector in the General Hospital provides immediate free medical attention, however, non-Cypriots – when they enroll for medical treatment or surgery in the General Hospital – are obliged to pay for the treatments. By visiting any General Hospital Information booth, and providing them with your status details and medical condition, you can obtain more information regarding Hospital healthcare and your entitlements.)

Health Insurance is inexpensive and any reputable Insurance company can provide you with a comprehensive cover.

If you require medical attention, or a GP in your area – whether for yearly medical check ups or provision of an ongoing prescription - we can supply you with a list of English speaking doctors, clinics and/or specialists to choose from that can assist you with your particular medical condition.

A list of vets can also be supplied to you for the healthcare of your pets.
